What Is the Working Principle of Water Chiller?

Refrigerant (i.e. refrigerant) in the evaporator to absorb the heat of the cooled object and vaporize into steam, the compressor will continuously pump the generated steam from the evaporator and compress it, the compressed high-temperature, high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser after exothermic condensation to the cooling medium (such as water, air, etc.) into a high-pressure liquid, after the throttling mechanism to lower the pressure into the evaporator, vaporize again and absorb the heat of the cooled object. The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat of water and starts to evaporate, and finally a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and water, and the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated and becomes gaseous and then is sucked in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase), the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air/water-cooled) and condenses into liquid, and then becomes low temperature and low pressure refrigerant through the thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube) and then enters the evaporator. Evaporator, complete the refrigerant cycle process.

 

 What is the operation method of the chiller?

1. Open the package, check whether the machine is intact, whether the accessories are available.

 

2. Unscrew the machine water injection port, add cooling water. What is the operation method of the chiller?

(1) After turning on the power switch, the chiller circulation pump will start working. The first time the new machine is turned on there will be more bubbles in the pipeline leading to occasional flow alarm of the machine, which will return to normal after a few minutes of operation.

 

(2) The first time the machine is turned on, you must immediately check the plumbing lines for water leakage.

 

(3) After turning on the power, if the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the machine's fan and other devices do not work is a normal phenomenon. The thermostat will automatically control the working state of the compressor, battery valve, fan and other devices according to the set control parameters.

 

(4) As the compressor and other devices have a long start-up process, from tens of seconds to several minutes according to different working conditions, so do not frequently switch on and off the machine.

 

(5) Check the water level of the water tank.

 

(6) Adjust the temperature controller parameters.

1. Choose the water chiller with matching cooling capacity - the cooling capacity of the chiller must be greater than the amount of heat that needs to be cooled.

 

2. Select the water flow matching chiller - the water flow must be in line with the flow of control requirements, different flow rates will affect the accuracy of different temperature control.
